Once-raced filly. Fourth of 14 in maiden at this C&D (good, 5/2) on debut 20 days ago, running on late. Likely to improve with that experience to draw upon and while Cape Sounion is presumably the stable first-string, she nevertheless merits respect.

Foaled January 14. Wootton Bassett filly. Half-sister to smart winner up to 1¼m Library and 1¼m winner Vice President. Top yard has saddled the last 2 winners of this maiden and she is very appealing on paper.
Promising individual. 7/4, second of 13 in maiden at Naas (5.9f, good to soft) on debut 27 days ago, slowly away. The one that beat her that day didn't exactly boost the form in a Group 3 next time but she pulled a long way clear of the rest. Strong claims.

Foaled May 11. Saxon Warrior filly. Half-sister to very smart winner up to 1m Dancing Gemini. Dam 2-y-o 1m winner who stayed 1¼m. Lots to like on paper and it'll be interesting to see how she shapes up in the betting.
Foaled March 7. Space Blues filly. Half-sister to several winners, including 9f winner Mount Ararat and 2-y-o 7f winner State of Joy. Probably best watched on debut.

Donnacha O'Brien saddles two appealing candidates in CAPE SOUNION and Balantina. The latter should be all the better for her C&D debut fourth but Cape Sounion shaped with considerable promise at Naas and is taken to strike. Donnacha's father Aidan fields two typically well-bred newcomers, with Beautify the pick judged on riding arrangements. Brother Joseph also fields two and Dancing Saxon is presumably the first-string, while Amerilis and Paris Carver are other newcomers to note.
