Got the better of a field of colts when making a winning debut in Ascot last May and again showed plenty when 4½ lengths sixth of 24 to Leovanni in Queen Mary Stakes (22/1) at the Royal meeting there (5f, good to firm) the following month. Worth betting check making handicap bow after 11 months off.

Routed her rivals from the front on her return in a 5f Wolverhampton handicap and confirmed that improvement when a fine second at Chester (5.1f, good) 17 days ago. Test of speed should suit and she's a leading player.

Opened his at third attempt in a Chelmsford novice (6f) in October before making a positive start to his 3-y-o campaign when third of 10 in handicap at Thirsk (5f, good) 32 days ago. Settled better that time but percentage call is others perhaps have a higher ceiling.

Put her experience to good use to land a 8-runner maiden at Thirsk (5f) last August before producing a game display to follow under a penalty in a Southwell novice later in the month. Worth market check sent handicapping after 9 months off.

Won a pair of 5f AW novice contests in December. Flying too high in listed company at York last week and though this is more realistic, he's perhaps a shade more exposed than some of his rivals.

Reacted well to a first-time tongue tie when the ready winner of a 5f turf maiden at Lingfield last July. Allowed to leave Tom Clover's yard for 11,000 gns in the autumn but still rates a potential improver in handicaps for new yard.

Off the mark at Chelmsford City in January and responded well to a first-time visor when runner-up in a handicap at Yarmouth (5.2f, good to firm) 10 days ago. This is tougher.

Crucially channelled his energy more efficiently than previously when opening his in 7-runner handicap at Southwell (5f) in January. Given a stiff task from out of the weights at Sandown last month and isn't completely discounted here.

Much improved for the switch to a nursery when finishing well to land a 12-runner event at Bath (5f, good, 16/1). Absent since but 4 lb higher mark looks workable.

RUBY'S PROFIT looked all about speed when winning at Wolverhampton on her comeback and backed that with a fine second at Chester earlier in the month, so tops the shortlist in this competitive affair. Carrados ran well when close at Goodwood last year and showed his ability remains when making a successful return, so is most feared on his handicap bow, whilst fellow handicap newcomer Walnut shouldn't be underestimated from bottom weight.
